Paisley Power

The Paisley Rats fabric (grey and white version) was bought today by a customer. The design has an intricate paisley pattern with a variety of different rat shapes incorporated into the design.

Angel bought a quarter yard of the Paisley Rats fabric recently. She chose the red & black version. The design is a tribute to the punk rock band The Stranglers, who used a rat silhouette as their first logo in the late 1970s. The « Paisley Rats » fabric was designed by Patrick Moriarty in Southend-on-Sea, UK in 2014.

The Paisley Rats fabric (black and white) has been bought by another customer recently, this time on the Amazon website. They chose the small-scale black-and-white version printed on cotton. If you love rats, you’ll love this popular unique printed textile.

  1. My rats all loved sweet corn. When they got inside the works of the stove or refrigerator, the only way to get them out was to thaw frozen corn in the microwave oven. It worked every time. I don’t know what they would have thought of your rat fabrics but they all liked cosy fabrics for their beds.
